Data requests

For all employment data requests, including lists of current employees, and statistical data, please email Nicole Dekker (nicoledekker2@grcc.edu)

Please:

1. Allow 24-48 hours for your request to be completed.
2. Specify what employee groups you would like on your report: Contingency, Adjuncts (Credit & Non-Credit), Staff and Faculty.
3. List any specific information other than the employee name that should be included (i.e. department name).
4. State what date you will need the information.

Employment verification

To verify employment, please forward your request and an authorization to release information containing employee's signature, to hrpayroll@grcc.edu.

For garnishments or court orders, please contact our payroll department at hrpayroll@grcc.edu.
