Summer 2025

Please note: Tuition and Fees are due by midnight the day you enroll.

• May 9 - Last day to enroll in the Payment Plan with 25% down and two payments
• June 6 - Pell Grant and first half of Summer Direct Loans, refunds available
• June 20 - Second half of Summer Direct Loans, refunds available

Fall 2025

• May 12 - Nelent payment plan opens
• June 18 - Last day to enroll in the payment plan with 0% down and three payments
• July 30 - Tuition and fees are due
• Aug. 1 - Last day to enroll in the payment plan with 0% down and two payments
• Aug. 11 - Begin mailing new student BankMobile Refund Selection information
• Aug. 15 - Last day to enroll in the payment plan with 25% down and two payments
• Aug. 29 - Last day to enroll in the payment plan with 50% down and one payment
• Sept. 26 - Pell Grant and first half of  Direct Loans, refunds available
• Oct. 24 - Second half of Direct Loans, refunds available
  • Fall only Direct Loans are disbursed in two separate disbursements

Important information

• If you decide not to attend GRCC, you must officially drop your classes before they start through your Online Center to avoid being charged for them. • FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) law requires that we have a written Release of Information Form on file prior to sharing any information to anyone other than the student.
