TLDE offers digital credentials to our faculty and staff to recognize key skills and experiences. These badges are provided through Credly and can be posted on social media, faculty and staff profile pages on GRCC's website, and email signatures to showcase their achievements to a wider audience.
Digital badges have three components:
- An image that represents the badge on your Credly profile, social media such as LinkedIn, and elsewhere
- A description of how the badge is earned and what it recognizes
- An outline of the skills that the badge earner has demonstrated

Tailor-Fit Pathway Badges
TLDE’s Tailor-Fit Pathway Badges lead you through a series of workshops and other learning opportunities to gain deep experience, insight, and practical applications of teaching and learning principles to your teaching practice.
TLDE has assigned point values and badge pathway designations to many of our professional development opportunities. To earn a badge, simply complete opportunities to earn 10 points in that pathway. Note: Some sessions qualify for multiple pathways. Points from these sessions may only be used toward one badge.
When you’ve completed a tailor-fit badge pathway, use this Google form to let TLDE know! We’ll review and issue your badge as soon as possible.
