Annual Performance Evaluation Timeline

  • September – Employee and Supervisor complete the initial performance evaluation no later than September 30.
  • February  – Employee and Supervisor complete the mid-year assessment of projects, goals, professional development, job knowledge and professional skills no later than February 1. 
  • June  –  Employee and Supervisor complete the final assessment no later than June 1.
