Policy Title: Vision/Future
In today’s fast paced society a major responsibility of the President is to assure the college is well positioned for the future. Accordingly, the President shall not:
1. Fail to lead the Board in relevant discussion and work to assure a clear five-year vision with emphasis on Student Success, Organizational Finance, and Organizational Culture.
2. Fail to position the organization to be successful and sustainable in the critical areas of Student Success, Organizational Finance, and Organizational Culture.
3. Fail to aid the Board in the succession planning for the future president of the college.
