Some classes may require in class writing in order to be fully participating in the course.
Use this form if:
- You are a student registered with DSS and
- Have a current approved accommodation for a classroom scribe and
- Are enrolled in a class that you believe requires assistance.
Requests for classroom scribes or assistants must be made at least three weeks before a semester begins in order for DSS to process the request and ensure that a person will be available at the time/days that your courses meet. As soon as you have your schedule set, please fill this form out each semester.
