Need to withdraw funds from your RaiderCard? Proceed to the form below.

If you are experiencing issues with parking or printing and need a refund to your RaiderCard, fill out the Issue Form.

The following conditions must be met for the RaiderCard refund request to be considered:

  • The account holder graduates, withdraws, or is dismissed from GRCC
  • The account balance is $1.00 or more

Refunds will be issued through the BankMobile Disbursements refund process within 15 business days after a valid request is received.

Note: If you do not use your student email, you will not get an update and would need to call student financial services at (616) 234-4020, for any update after submission.
