Mental Health & Wellness Workshop Schedule

Anxiety Toolbox and Getting Unstuck workshops are 3-session series; each group meets once a week for 3 weeks. Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes and is led by a trained staff member of Counseling and Career Development Center.

You will be provided with a workbook at the beginning of the series. The workbooks are provided to help you apply and practice new ideas & information between sessions. It is intended to provide a space for you to gain new skills and awareness within the constraints of a busy schedule. All workshops are FREE and no charge. You can repeat and attend as many workshops as you would like. Food and drink will also be provided for in-person workshops.

We request that you attend all three sessions, as they are designed to build off one another. We believe that attending all three sessions gives you the optimal opportunity to achieve your goals & objectives.

Anxiety Toolbox

Anxiety Toolbox focuses on helping you understand anxiety symptoms and build skills to manage these symptoms. The sessions include modules dedicated to: (1) understanding anxiety, (2) introducing a method for slowing down and disentangling the experience of anxiety, and (3) developing alternative responses to anxiety.  By the end of the workshop, you will have your own individualized plan for managing anxiety.
