Coaching appointments are now available. We offer in-person appointments as well as video and telephone appointments. We are also working with students via email and text.

To schedule an appointment with a success coach, call or text (616) 727-7090 or email collegesuccess@grcc.edu.  You may also contact your success coach directly to schedule your appointment.

• Please include your name, student ID number and contact information in your communication.
• We are actively monitoring our phones, texts, voicemail and email. We will return your message in 24-48 hours. 

Appointments

We offer appointments in the following formats:

• In-person: You will receive an email confirmation of your meeting with a Success Coach. Check in at the front desk for your meeting.
• Zoom (online video meeting): You will receive a link in your student email a few minutes before your appointment.
• Phone: Your Success Coach will call you at your confirmed phone number from a restricted number at the time of your meeting. You may also text your success coach.
