GRCC Technology Onboarding is where students can go to access information and sign up to better understand the various technologies used throughout their academic career here at GRCC.
We offer workshops covering GRCC’s webpage, MyGRCC, Blackboard, Online Center, student email, how to access software from home via VMWare Horizon Client, GRCC Wi-Fi, RaiderCard, and tutoring.
You can sign up for the workshop which cover all of the technologies or drop in to receive one-on-one support with individual technologies. Workshops are offered and limited to the first 24 per session.
Instructors who wish to have someone visit their class for workshop can contact Sue DelRaso, Technology Learning Resource Coordinator at sdelraso@grcc.edu to schedule a visit.
