Mission:

The mission of Psi Beta is to promote professional development of psychology students in two-year colleges through promotion and recognition of excellence in scholarship, leadership, research, and community service.

Eligibility:

All full-time and part-time students enrolled at Grand Rapids Community College are eligible for membership in the Grand Rapids Community College Psi Beta Chapter provided that they meet the following requirements:

Have complete one college psychology course and are currently taking or have completed a second.
Have a 3.0 GPA or higher in psychology course(s).
Have completed 12 credits of college coursework with a cumulative college GPA of 3.25 or higher.

What We Do:

Monthly meetings, invited speakers, movie nights, psychology department speakers series, book club, community service outreach, transfer school/graduate school information, personal interaction with psychology professors, national conferences, and so much more…

The next Induction Ceremony is Friday, April 21, 2023 from 1-2 p.m.
