Important dates  

Winter 2025

Tuition and fees are due the day you sign up for classes.

• Feb. 7 - Winter Pell Grant and Fall/Winter Direct Loans, refunds available
• March 14 - Second half of Winter only Direct Loans, refunds available

Summer 2025

• April 16 - Summer Tuition and Fees are due
• April 18 - Last day to enroll in the Payment Plan with 0% down and two payments
• May 9 - Last day to enroll in the Payment Plan with 25% down and two payments
• June 6 - Pell Grant and first half of Summer Direct Loans, refunds available
• June 20 - Second half of Summer Direct Loans, refunds available

Important information

• If you decide not to attend GRCC, you must officially drop your classes before they start through your Online Center to avoid being charged for them. • GRCC has partnered with Nelnet Campus Commerce to offer you a tuition payment plan!
• Michigan Indian Tuition Waiver
• FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) law requires that we have a written Release of Information Form on file prior to sharing any information to anyone other than the student.
