The Promise Zone Scholarship is a place-based scholarship that provides qualifying high school students with access to attend Grand Rapids Community College for free, and pursue the academic, job-training or certificate program of their choice!
Do I qualify for the Promise Zone Scholarship?
You're eligible to receive the scholarship if you:
- Have lived within the Grand Rapids Public Schools service area since the start of 11th grade.
- Have attended one of the 25 high schools within city limits since the start of 11th grade.
- Stay with it! Graduate from your high school.
How much am I eligible for?
