Creating a New Page
- Log into Drupal at grcc.edu/user.
- Drupal Web Editor Sign In - click on Sign in with Google.
- Select Workbench>Create Content>Page.
- Once content has been added:
- Keep your page in "Draft" if you'd like to keep working on it, or
- Choose "Ready to Publish" and "Save" to automatically tell the web team your page is ready to publish.
We publish or provide feedback within 24 hours.
Note: Need it published faster? You can indicate the priority level on the helpdesk ticket that gets generated.
Editing a Page
- Log in to Drupal at grcc.edu/user.
- Drupal Web Editor Sign In - click on Sign in with Google
- Navigate to your department website using the search box.
- Select page to edit.
- Choose Edit tab.
- Make changes.
- Select Ready to Publish. You can also choose to hide the page by selecting "Archived."
- Click Save button, a notice will be sent to the web team.
- You’ll receive confirmation that your request has been received.
- Within 24 hours, you’ll be notified that your content has been published.

Archiving a page
Submit a ticket with the page name and the URL you would like archived and we will archive it for you.
