Creating a New Page

  1. Log into Drupal at grcc.edu/user.
  2. Drupal Web Editor Sign In - click on Sign in with Google.
  3. Select Workbench>Create Content>Page.
  4. Once content has been added:
    • Keep your page in "Draft" if you'd like to keep working on it, or
    • Choose "Ready to Publish" and "Save" to automatically tell the web team your page is ready to publish.

We publish or provide feedback within 24 hours.

Note: Need it published faster? You can indicate the priority level on the helpdesk ticket that gets generated.

Editing a Page

  1. Log in to Drupal at grcc.edu/user.
  2. Drupal Web Editor Sign In - click on Sign in with Google
  3. Navigate to your department website using the search box. 
  4. Select page to edit.
  5. Choose Edit tab.
  6. Make changes.
  7. Select Ready to Publish. You can also choose to hide the page by selecting "Archived."
  8. Click Save button, a notice will be sent to the web team.
    • You’ll receive confirmation that your request has been received.
    • Within 24 hours, you’ll be notified that your content has been published.

Archiving a page

Submit a ticket with the page name and the URL you would like archived and we will archive it for you.
