All bios should be revised at least once per semester.

New bios

Submit a ticket to webhelp@grcc.edu with all the bio components you wish to be displayed on the bio.

Bio components include:

  • Name (first, last, middle initial and suffix)
  • Academic title, if desired. (academic title refers to your degree standing: i.e. Ph.D., M.S.W., M.D.)
  • Office email
  • Office phone number
  • Office location with room number
  • Photo: Upload a photo of yourself
  • Job title
  • Department
  • Degrees and certifications

Editing an existing bio

  1. Log in to Drupal at grcc.edu/user. Sign in with Google. Note: you cannot edit your bio from your user homepage. 
  2. In the search box, type the name of the person's bio you are looking for and click on their name.
  3. Submit the bio edit request form, located below the bio information. Or simply submit the bio request form.

After submission

After you click Submit:

  • A notice will be sent to the web team.
  • You’ll receive confirmation that your request has been received.
  • Within 24 hours, you’ll be notified that your content has been published.

Archiving a bio

Submit a ticket with the name and the URL of the bio you would like archived and we will archive it for you.
