MyGRCC Account Name Change Form for Faculty, Staff, & Students

Students

Students must have their name updated with the Student Records Department prior to filling out this form. If this is a preferred name change, please follow the GRCC Preferred First Name Change Request. 

Student Employees

Student Employees must have their name updated with Student Employment Services prior to filling out this form. If this is a preferred name change, please follow the GRCC Preferred First Name Change Request.

Faculty & Staff

Faculty & Staff must have their name updated with the Human Resources Department prior to filling out this form. If this is a preferred name change, please follow the GRCC Preferred First Name Change Request.

Submitting this form

Submitting this form will schedule a ticket with IT to process a name change for your MyGRCC Login. This will affect the following accounts:

  • MyGRCC portal username
  • Any account that requires MyGRCC credentials
  • Student/Staff Email (make sure your important contacts realize your email address will change)
  • Campus computer sign in
  • Campus Wifi
