GRCC seeks to create a safe environment for all students, employees, and visitors. If someone experiences sex or gender-based discrimination, GRCC has multiple policies to address the concerns. Any questions about which policy applies should be directed to the Title IX Office at TitleIX@grcc.edu.
Title IX:
The U.S. Department of Education has defined Title IX to include sexual harassment that meets a specific definition, as well as sexual assault, stalking, and domestic and dating violence.
Sexual Misconduct:
GRCC also responds to other forms of sexual misconduct or sexual harassment that do not meet the definition of Title IX or fit within the jurisdictional requirements of GRCC's Title IX policy.
