I am a photographer and curator here in Grand Rapids. I received my Master of Fine Arts from Kendall College of Art and Design (KCAD) in 2014 and was an adjunct faculty in the photography program at KCAD from 2012-2016. My work focuses on the deep complexity of human interaction with nature. I am exploring the sometimes harmonious and sometimes destructive tendencies we as humans have when dealing with our environment. Our world, as it exists today, is a hybrid of both man-made objects and the natural forces that are constantly adapting to our ever-growing impact.
