Howdy Everyone!
Thank you for letting me take the time to tell you about myself. Seventeen years ago I started my teaching career. Seven years of which I have been here at GRCC. I currently work at the Phyllis Fratzke Early Childhood Learning Laboratory as a preschool laboratory instructor, as well as an adjunct instructor teaching EDU 116. Having the luxury of working with both children and college students is truly a dream come true. Two positions I would not trade for the world. It truly has been a blessing!
I currently have a Master of Education degree from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor and Applied Arts degree in Early Childhood and Psychology from Central Michigan University. I have been married to my wife, Liz, for two years. Together we have a son, Jeremiah (Jay) and our dog, Tasha. I love spending time outdoors, gardening and hiking to name a couple of my hobbies. Thank you for taking the time to read a little bit about me! In conclusion, I leave you with the words of the late Nelson Mandela, "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world."
