Up to 28 hours per week (Flexible, Monday - Thursday 8 am - 6 pm & Friday 8 am - 5 pm)

• Greet and direct visitors, students, members of the College, and the public, and respond
appropriately to requests made in person, via telephone, voicemail, group messaging,
via e-mail and/or other relevant technologies.
• Process intake forms
• Data entry for participants activity
• Appointment confirmations
• Upload of participants documents into Blumen accounts
• Assist with registering students for classes
• Performing filing, copying, general housekeeping and other clerical requests.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.


• Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
• Available to work 15-28 hours per week
• Available for flexible hours (occasional evenings or weekends)
