Available hours: Monday 9am-5pm, Tuesday/Wednesday 9am - 7pm, Thursday 9am -4pm, Friday 9 am - 4 pm. Saturday testing on the following dates: 9/14, 10/5, 11/16, and 12/7

• Assist with the operations of the Academic Testing Center.
• Provide front-line / check-in desk support including registration, distributing testing materials, securing testing materials, answering the main phone, etc.
• Perform pre-and post-testing activities (prepare and set-up signs sign-in sheets, pencils, paper, entry books, computers, etc.)
• Scan, email, and mail test if required.
• Print mailing labels
• Provide proctoring and testing services for GRCC students and students from other colleges.
• Demonstrate the highest level of confidentiality and appropriate discretion.
• Assist in maintaining an appropriate testing room environment.
• Must be able to clearly articulate test-related information to individuals.
• Whenever appropriate, notify the Lead Testing Proctor and/or Evening/Weekend Testing Proctor of any irregularity or problem immediately.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
