5.5 hours/day between 9 am - 3 pm preferred, could vary depending on workload and student’s class schedule
To assist the Print Production staff and customers in the functions of campus quick copy printing, mailing and finishing services with basic assignments including:
● Assist with and perform quickly copy printing
● Assist with finishing processes in print production
● Data entry utilizing the Print Management software system
● Maintain the supply rooms
● Assisting in other department areas when needed
● Assist with machinery such as, the folder inserter and the envelope printer
● Assist and learn the mailing process which includes but is not limited to pick-up and delivery of Campus mail and mail sorting
● Assist in the preparation of mail in the production area
● Deliver supplies, finished products and running errands

QUALIFICATIONS:
● Must be dependable, self-motivated, and energetic
● Must be able to lift 50lb
● Must be able to walk long distance and be on your feet for long periods of time
● Proficient knowledge of computer functions
● Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality
● Must be able to handle pressures of short timelines for production completion
● Can show initiative and resourcefulness in accomplishing tasks in a timely manner
● Must be proficient with computers and software
REQUIREMENTS:
● Ability to work at least 20 hours per week
● Must meet academic requirement for employment eligibility.
● Good written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent organizational skills
● Basic understanding of customer service
● Ability to work independently
● Computer Skills
