Community Service Work-Study
Flexible Monday - Friday between 9:30 am - 3:00 pm
● Provide one-on-one or small group math instruction to elementary school students
● Collaborate with classroom teaching to align tutoring sessions with the curriculum and specific student goals
● Maintain accurate records of student progress and share reports with teachers
● Identify challenges students face in math and work with teachers to implement solutions to address those difficulties
● Use a variety of teaching methods and materials, including digital resources, books, and interactive activities
● Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Prior experience tutoring or working with young children preferred
