● Handles confidential documents and information.
● Assists with trainings, preparing materials, copying, distributing and attending as support staff.
● May conduct research related to regulations and policies.
● Data Entry, logging information pulled from file reviews and completing spreadsheets.
● Assist with reviews of client files for rent, income, assets, leases, verifications, documentation, applications, and all required paperwork for certification and recertification files.
● Assist with reviews of procedures/policies to be sure they are followed appropriately.
● Assist with reviews of office files to be sure that they are correctly organized and in proper order of checklists.
● Other misc. office duties, copying, scanning, filing, etc.
● Accountable for adherence to GRHC standards, to be ethical, and responsible.
● Skilled in computer equipment, MS Office Suite.
● Ability to read and comprehend complex material.
● Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, orally, and in writing.
● Knowledge of data collection and analytics.
