This application process is for individuals who have earned a minimum of an associate degree in a health-related field. Those who do NOT have a minimum of an associate degree or higher in a health-related field should refer to the A.A.A.S. Cardiovascular Technology pathway for admission requirements and information.
Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) RCIS Exam Qualifications
Before you apply to the CVT Certificate program
- You must have earned a minimum of an associate degree in a health-related field by the application submission.
- Recent or current employment in a health-related field for a minimum of one year.
- Apply to GRCC, if you are not currently enrolled at GRCC.
- Application Deadline: Applications will continue to be collected until all seats have been filled. All transcripts from other colleges or universities attended must be received by GRCC’s Enrollment Services to be considered for the 2023 Fall admission.
Admissions to the CVT Program at GRCC is based on points and a face-to-face interview process. Points are awarded based on academic achievement and the completion of the required documentation.
Note: This program is not eligible for Federal Financial Aid.

- Fill out the application packet described below.
- Submit all items in an envelope addressed to the Program Director of Cardiovascular Technology.
- The entire packet must be delivered to GRCC Main Campus, Room 502 in the College Park Plaza Building.
