Life Insurance

Madison National Life Insurance Basic life and AD&D is provided to each full time employee working at least 32.5 hour per week, and part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week, in the following employee groups:

  • CEBA
  • APSS
  • Campus Police
  • Faculty & Meet and Confer

A Supplemental Life policy is available for faculty only. 

Please refer to your employee group contract for the life insurance benefit amount. For details concerning the plan contact the benefits office for a certificate booklet.
