Magda Phillips oversees the GRCC Call Center, working with a team of student employees to serve as the first point of contact for the GRCC family and the greater West Michigan community.
Phillips earned a bachelor's degree in business from University of Lodz in Lodz, Poland, and has earned two associate degrees from GRCC. She has been with GRCC since 2003.
