Lydia serves as the Recruiter for Human Resources. She holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science, Bachelor of Science in Business Management, earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute, and is a current member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Lydia manages employment processes for faculty and staff, which includes recruitment, screening, and hiring of applicants.
