Alissa Gorsky joined GRCC as lead graphic designer in January 2019, bringing more than 10 years’ experience in higher education design work, including serving as senior graphic designer for Lone Star College in Texas and graphic designer for Ferris State University.
Gorsky is a graduate of Ferris State with a bachelor’s degree in visual design and web media, and a master’s degree in business administration and a certificate in project management.
Gorsky is a graduate of the Lone Star College and Ferris State University leadership development programs.
Her higher education design efforts have been focused on building and maintaining brands, developing awareness, recruiting and retaining students, supporting programs, and designing and implementing communication strategies with integrated print, web and other digital media.
