20-28 hours/week (Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Hours are flexible). Position can begin immediately but must also be available in the Fall semester

● Greet and direct visitors, students, members of the College, and the public, and respond appropriately to requests made in person, via telephone, voicemail, group messaging, via e-mail and/or other relevant technologies.
● Use campus systems to figure out why a student might not qualify for an appointment and let them know what corrective action they need to take.
● Schedule and/or assist students in making appointments using Navigate.
● Perform filing, copying, general housekeeping and other clerical requests.
● Other duties and projects as assigned.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
● Familiar with GRCC Campuses & services preferred.
● Preferred but not required: Minimum of six (6) months customer service experience.
● Preferred but not required: Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Internet skills, PeopleSoft, Online Student Center and Blackboard.
● Bi-lingual candidates preferred.
