• Facilitate student log-ins to Navigate system,
• Answer phones
• Distribute class related materials and resources.
• Answer questions and/or direct questions to appropriate person.
• Clean computers, mice, desktops, etc.
• Run occasional errands on campus

• Good customer service and communication skills (in person and on the phone).
• Responsible and reliable.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Internet, Zoom).
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
• Good work habits – able to work in a busy environment.
