● Provide individual tutoring on reading- and writing-related assignments
● Attend scheduled training sessions/workshops/in-services
● Keep complete records of each tutoring session
● Completion of English 101 with a grade of B (3.0) or higher
● Maintain an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
● Excellent communication skills
● Ability to think creatively and solve learning problems
