Notice: Holiday Shutdown and Extended Business Hours

GRCC will be closed Dec. 23-Jan. 1.

Jan. 2: 8 a.m.-6 p.m. (Phones 8 a.m.-5:45 p.m.)

Jan. 4: 10 a.m.-1 p.m. (Phones 10 a.m.-12:45 p.m.)

Jan. 6-9: 8 a.m.-6 p.m. (Phones 8 a.m.-5:45 p.m.)

Important dates  

Winter 2025

  • Dec. 20 - Payment plan, last day for 0% down and 2 payments
  • Jan. 2 - Tuition and fees are due
  • Jan. 4 - Payment plan, last date for 25% down and 2 payments
  • Jan. 10 - Payment plan, last day for 50% down and 1 payment
  • Feb. 7 - Fall Pell Grant and Fall/Winter Direct Loans, refunds available
  • March 14 - Second half of Winter only Direct Loans, refunds available

Important information

  • If you decide not to attend GRCC, you must officially drop your classes before they start through your Online Center to avoid being charged for them.   • GRCC has partnered with Nelnet Campus Commerce to offer you a tuition payment plan!
  • Michigan Indian Tuition Waiver
