Important dates 

Fall 2024

Tuition and fees due by midnight the day you enroll.

• September 27 - Fall Pell Grant and Fall/Winter Direct Loans, refunds available. 
• October 25 - Second half of Fall only Direct Loans, refunds available. 

Winter 2025

• October 7 - Payment plan is open
• December 4 - Tuition and fees are due
• December 6 - Payment plan, last day for 0% down and 3 payments
• December 20 - Payment plan, last day for 0% down and 2 payments
• January 4 - Payment plan, last date for 25% down and 2 payments
• January 10 - Payment plan, last day for 50% down and 1 payment
• February 7 - Fall Pell Grant and Fall/Winter Direct Loans, refunds available
• March 14 - Second half of Winter only Direct Loans, refunds available

Important information

• If you decide not to attend GRCC, you must officially drop your classes before they start through your Online Center to avoid being charged for them. • FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) law requires that we have a written Release of Information Form on file prior to sharing any information to anyone other than the student.
