GRCC’s properties, buildings, parking lots and grounds are designed and reserved to support the mission and purposes of the institution. Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC) makes its facilities available for public use on a rental basis as long as such use does not interfere with the primary purpose of education or compromise the safety and security of students, faculty, or staff.

We require one or a combination of the following documents, as applicable, upon space rental:
- Signed facility use agreement
- Verification of not-for-profit status (if appropriate)
- Insurance documents as event requires
