The Upward Bound Program prides itself on active participation in the community. That's why we provide our students with several rewarding service learning experiences. Through the creations of frequent and sustainable service learning partnerships, our scholars will develop a greater sense of community responsibility, to accomplish such, we place students with community organizations, to give them the opportunity of learning leadership skill through volunteering.
Studies show that the more active students are outside of school activities, the more successful the students will be in his/her college carreer.
