Celebrate 100 Years of GRCC

This academic year, for the 100 Ways of Giving campaign celebrating GRCC's 100th Anniversary, Chef Campbell's class in the Heritage for lunch, will be featuring a Friday menu item that will be designed around food trends from the last 100 years.  Four Fridays throughout the semester, The Heritage lunch menu will feature a different decade starting around 1914.

Friday, September 19, 2014 - Celebrating 1914 and the teen decade:  Saddle of Veal Prince Orloff

Friday, October 3, 2014 - Celebrating 1924 and the decade of the 20's - Braised Pigeon with Raisins and Rosti Potatoes

Friday, October 31, 2014 - Celebrating 1934 and the decade of the 30's - Smoked Duck Cassoulet with Michigan Cherries

Friday, November 14, 2014 - Celebrating 1944 and the decade of the 40's - Baked Salmon Coulibiac Brown Butter Hollandaise

The Heritage Restaurant is a fine dining public restaurant staffed by culinary school students under the direct supervision of Chef Professors and Table Service Professors.
