- Tuition and fees are due on December 9, 2015
- No due dates during the Holiday Shut Down December 24 through January 3
- Between January 7 - 15, tuition and fees are due by midnight the day you sign up for classes

Inclement Weather Policy
Grand Rapids Community College rarely closes because of winter weather conditions. If and when the College does close, the College will do its best to notify students, faculty, and staff of such closings.
INCLEMENT WEATHER MESSAGES:
Kent County - All
The message “GRCC Kent County – Closed – DAY & EVENING Classes” means cancellation of all GRCC day and evening classes and activities at its downtown campus, Tassell M-TEC, and Kent County regional sites (i.e. Lowell).
Kent County – Regional Sites
The message “GRCC at Lowell – Evening Classes Cancelled” means Lowell Area Schools has decided to cancel all of their evening activities and GRCC will not hold its classes. This determination is normally made about 3:00 p.m.
On the other hand, if Lowell Area Schools has cancelled daytime operations, but intend on holding their evening activities, then GRCC will hold its courses at the administration building.
