Course Development, Review & Revision

In order to develop and maintain courses that meet student and stakeholder needs, GRCC engages in comprehensive and efficient course development and revision processes.

Course Approval & Revision Process

Whether you are revising a course or creating a new course, you need to complete the Course Document. At this time GRCC is transitioning from the CARP database to our new curriculum database, Curriculog. To register for a Curriculog training session, please visit the registration calendar.

Technical Assistance

If you have questions related to the techincal aspects or mechanics of the Course Document form, or need assistance accessing approved course documents, please contact Sheryl Jonkhoff.

Course Development/Revision Assistance

For Course Development resources, please visit Blackboard, and select the 'Curriculum Development' organization. By selecting 'Course Related Guides & Resources' from the options menu on the left, you will see resources available to you via the 'Tools & Resources' folder, as well as specific process guides held in individual folders. Please check back periodically for new resources to assist you in course development and course review and revision.
