Early College Students
Restricted Classes
In addition to restricting particular classes to Early College students, GRCC has a policy regarding course prerequisites intended to be beneficial to all students. GRCC views prerequisites as a necessary precondition and a foundation for success. GRCC may prevent a student from enrolling in a class if the prerequisite has not yet been met. Course prerequisites are listed with each course description, as appropriate in the GRCC College Catalog. The catalog can be accessed online at www.grcc.edu/catalog.
A student can challenge a prerequisite by applying for a waiver. Students can begin this process at www.grcc.edu/prerequisite.
