GRCC is governed by the board of trustees, which consists of seven members elected at large in biennial elections. The president of the college serves as an ex officio member of the board. The trustees serve without compensation for overlapping terms of six years. Trustees operate under the policy governance model. The board meets once a month in a public session.

The Board will not hold a board meet in the month of July.
On August 8th the trustees will meet for a work session at 1:30 p.m. and August 19th in a regular board meeting at 4:15 p.m. All meetings will be held on the fifth Floor of Raleigh J. Finkelstein Hall in the board library and/or conference room.
